With the arrival of summer, the temperature has gradually increased, and construction machinery users have begun to use air conditioners for refrigeration operations. Here's what you need to know about the inspection and maintenance of air conditioning.
1. Clean the air conditioner filter element regularly
The air conditioner filter element is used to clean the air. If the filter is blocked, it will affect the amount of wind-blown out or no wind-blowing out, which directly affects the working effect of the air conditioner. Compressed air can be used to clean the air filter, and if the filter is stained with oil or very dirty, it can be cleaned with a neutral cleaning solution. Dry thoroughly after cleaning before using. If the clogged air filter cannot be cleaned with air or water, it should be replaced. Note that the normal cleaning interval is 500 hours, but if the air filter is used for dusty sites, the maintenance time should be shortened.
2. Keep the condenser clean
When
a large amount of debris is attached to the surface of the condenser, it is
necessary to clean the surface of the condenser in time, otherwise, it will
cause a poor cooling effect on the air conditioner. At the same time, cleaning
the condenser, not using a high-pressure water gun, will lead to a large number
of tropical lodging, affecting the heat dissipation of the condenser.
3.
Refrigerant filling pressure should be appropriate
When
filling refrigerant, higher pressure is not necessarily better. During the
refrigerant charging process, observe the pressure gauge of the gauge group.
The high-pressure value is in the range of 1.5-1.7 Mpa and the low-pressure value is in the range of 0.20-0.25 Mpa, indicating that the refrigerant charging
is complete.
4.
Adjust the belt tension
The
squeaking caused by the compressor belt slipping is generally caused by
insufficient belt-tightening, which can be solved by adjusting the tightness of
the belt. If necessary, the belt with serious slip should be replaced after the
engine is turned off.
5.
Close the warm air pipe valve in advance
Before
using air conditioning to refrigerate in summer, the valve of the inlet and
outlet pipe of the air conditioning warm air pipe must be closed, otherwise the
refrigeration is poor. The inlet and outlet valves are installed in the engine
compartment and can be closed manually.
