Recently, the 995FE, the largest electric excavator produced by LIUGONG, officially started operation in a large mine in the south, focusing on efficient surface stripping and rapid loading of bulk materials, marking a solid step forward in the layout of LIUGONG's full series of electrified excavators and opening a new chapter in the green transformation of mining operations.
This electric excavator weighing more than 95 tonnes has become the undisputed star of the mining operation site with its flowing operation and shocking digging ability. The 995FE, as the best tractor-electric excavator, has unrivaled continuous operation capability, ensuring 24-hour uninterrupted and efficient mining, and is completely free from endurance anxiety. Equipped with an advanced remote-controlled electric reel, the 995FE is capable of easily reeling in and out special cables up to 150 metres long, which greatly expands its operating range, allowing it to be used for both flexible mobile loading and precise crushing operations. Equipped with a high-performance 450kW electric motor, with high torque and high efficiency, the response speed is even faster, which significantly improves the loading efficiency and presses the accelerator button for mine production.
Especially worth mentioning is the 995FE's excellent performance in green energy saving, compared with the same class of diesel excavators, its hourly cost savings can be as high as 60% to 70%, the annual cost savings are estimated to be more than 1.12 million yuan, which is a veritable ‘green gold digger’.
