Hi Guys, this is Henry from CRUKING. Today we come to the ZCJK factory to visit its block-making machine. As one of China's top 10 brick machine brands, their products are popular overseas.
Now I am going to introduce one of the hottest sales models to you. It’s QTY6-15, a hydraulic full automatic block-making machine.
It employs a crank-link mechanism, which transmits the circular motion of the crank into the straight reciprocating motion of the mobile fame, this ensures the pallets move smoothly and transmit products stably.
The machine frame is welded by a special thick-walled rectangle. The transmission shaft and gears and made of alloy steel which makes them much stronger and more durable.
The lifting motor of the stacker employs a conical rotor motor. The machine plate is also welded by a special thick-walled rectangle. And the lifting chain uses a 16A chain, which can bear weight up to 6T.
PLC and the touching screen are products from Siemens, Germany. One electronic control cabinet control both the block-making machine and the stacker, which makes it easier to operate and perform failure diagnosis.
