With the depth of winter, the north and even some regions in the south are gradually stepping into the cold, many construction projects are suspended due to low temperatures, and small rollers and other construction machinery have also entered the dormant period. Unfortunately, many users tend to ignore the maintenance of basic compaction equipment in the cold season, which may lead to the equipment can not be started normally the following year, increasing maintenance costs.
In order to avoid unnecessary losses and save maintenance expenses, it is recommended that users of small rollers actively take maintenance measures during the winter break to ensure that the equipment is always on standby to meet the foundation compaction operation in the coming year.
· Comprehensive cleaning: Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the small roller, especially the engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump and oil pipe connections and other key parts. Flush the water tank, oil and hydraulic oil radiator, cylinder head heat sink and cooling channels to check for leakage and enhance heat dissipation.
· Tighten bolts: Meticulously check whether the bolts of each connection part are complete and tight. Such as engine claw bolts, drive shaft bolts, transmission bolts, etc., found loose immediately tighten, missing in time to make up, to ensure that the structure of the equipment is solid.
· Troubleshooting: list all the current faults of mechanical equipment, in accordance with the principle of easy to difficult to check one by one. In the three packages period, the priority of the original spare parts, to ensure the quality of maintenance, to avoid recurrence of failure. Especially the hidden safety hazards need to be found immediately and dealt with properly.
· Maintenance: Carry out meticulous maintenance for the whole vehicle, including filling grease at all lubrication points, replacing antifreeze oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and coolant according to the requirements of the instruction manual, as well as oil filter, diesel filter, hydraulic oil filter and hydraulic transmission oil filter. Special attention, some engines are equipped with a water discharge switch, if you usually use water as coolant, winter must be replaced with antifreeze, and thoroughly discharge the old liquid, in order to prevent the cylinder block freezing and cracking, resulting in economic losses.
Through the above maintenance measures, the small roller can be fully rested and maintained during the winter break, laying a solid foundation for efficient operation in the coming year.
