On July 17, 2026, JOYDELL welcomed clients from Colombia for a business visit focused on XCMG, ZOOMLION, and SHANTUI excavators, SHANMON, SHANTUI, XCMG, and HUAYA backhoe loaders, XCMG and SANY trailer-mounted concrete pumps, and XCMG skid steer loaders. Before the visit, we confirmed the clients' travel schedule and prepared the relevant product materials to ensure an efficient and productive meeting.

The cooperation began on July 10 when the clients contacted us to inquire about several construction machinery products. During our initial communication, we learned that they would be traveling to China, so we invited them to visit our Guangzhou office for a face-to-face meeting. We continued discussing product specifications, configurations, and pricing through WeChat while preparing detailed quotations before their arrival.

Initially, the clients were mainly interested in SHANTUI backhoe loaders. After carefully evaluating their application requirements and budget, we believed that SHANMON backhoe loaders offered a better cost-performance ratio for their project. Therefore, in addition to SHANMON, we also recommended HUAYA and XCMG models to provide more competitive options. During the office meeting, we introduced JOYDELL's business scope, export experience, and successful overseas delivery cases. The clients then expressed interest in inspecting the equipment in person, so we immediately coordinated with the factory and arranged a factory visit to examine the machines, helping them better understand the product quality and manufacturing process.

Following the visit, we will continue coordinating with the factory, prepare updated technical information and quotations based on the clients' requirements, and maintain close communication to promote the project and facilitate future cooperation.
