24Recently, we welcomed two clients who had previously contacted us through Alibaba regarding a batch of machinery spare parts. Earlier in April, the clients provided a detailed parts list and explained that he already had a freight forwarding partner in Guangzhou and was searching for a dependable supplier in China for long-term cooperation.
After receiving the inquiry, our team immediately started checking product availability and arranging quotations. Since some spare parts still required confirmation of serial numbers and nameplate information, only part of the pricing could be finalized initially. Throughout the process, both sides remained in close communication to verify technical details and avoid any mismatch in specifications.
On April 23, the clients informed us that he would visit our company in person. To ensure an efficient meeting, we prepared updated quotations, product information, and relevant supply details in advance.
During the visit, discussions focused on spare part pricing, delivery arrangements, and future purchasing plans. The clients also gained a deeper understanding of our company’s sourcing network, export experience, and service capabilities. After learning more about our operational strength and support system, the clients expressed strong confidence in future cooperation and updated the spare parts demand list on-site.
