5On April 26, we received a WhatsApp message from the clients requesting our company catalog and informing us of a planned visit the following day. The clients mentioned he would contact us upon arrival, leaving limited preparation time but a clear opportunity for an in-person discussion.
Based on the initial inquiry, which focused on backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders, we prepared relevant materials in advance, including quotations, product brochures from XCMG and LOUGONG, as well as shipment cases and supporting documents to demonstrate our export experience.
On the morning of April 27, the clients arrived at our company as scheduled. Just before arrival, he informed us that a generator supplier he had contacted had not responded and asked whether we could assist. In response, our team quickly connected him with a reliable generator supplier, ensuring his additional requirement could also be addressed without delay.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in detailed discussions on XCMG backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders, covering configurations, performance, and application scenarios. The supplier promptly provided an attachment catalog, allowing us to further confirm optional configurations and technical specifications such as dimensions and compatibility.
As the discussion progressed, the clients expanded their procurement needs and expressed interest in 50-meter aerial work platforms, requesting quotations for both XCMG and ZOOMLION models. This further demonstrated the clients’ strong purchasing intent and trust in our ability to support a wide range of equipment solutions.
The visit was efficient and productive, not only addressing the clients' immediate needs but also opening up additional opportunities for cooperation. We will continue to follow up with detailed quotations and technical information to support the next steps.
