The clients first connected with JOYDELL through an inquiry on the company’s official website. As they planned to visit Guangzhou and inspect factories in early September, JOYDELL sent an invitation letter and arranged an office visit. During the meeting, the team introduced the company’s capabilities, business scope, and product resources, giving the clients a better understanding of JOYDELL.

After visiting the office, the clients were arranged to visit a CATERPILLAR branch to inspect the machinery in person. The factory visit allowed the clients to further understand the equipment and discuss their requirements for excavators and fire trucks.
