On July 30, 2024, several clients from Mexico visited the XCMG factory for an on-site inspection. This visit followed extensive communication via WhatsApp, during which both sides discussed a range of machines the clients plan to introduce to the Mexican market. To gain a deeper understanding of XCMG’s manufacturing capabilities and product quality, the clients traveled to China for a face-to-face inspection.

Prior to the visit, our team actively assisted with the visa application process, providing required documents and timely support. At the same time, we shared detailed product information, including specifications, configurations, and preliminary pricing, ensuring the clients were well prepared before arrival.

During the visit, the clients toured both the company facilities and the production workshop, observing the complete manufacturing process, assembly procedures, quality control measures, and the application of advanced technologies. The scale of production, operational efficiency, and strict quality standards left a strong impression and further strengthened the clients’ confidence in XCMG equipment.

Throughout the inspection, our team addressed all technical and commercial questions in detail. The clients expressed high satisfaction with what they saw and showed clear interest in advancing the cooperation.
