Recently, we welcomed a client who had been staying in China for several days and was traveling from Shenzhen to Guangzhou. Taking advantage of the opportunity, we take this opportunity to invite our clients to visit our company for an interview.

 

During the meeting, our team introduced the company’s background, core strengths, and product portfolio, highlighting our experience and capabilities in supplying construction machinery. In addition to the client’s initial areas of interest, we also presented our other business lines and solutions, giving the client a broader understanding of our offerings.

 

The client shared clear procurement plans, indicating a need for multiple excavators and backhoe loaders. He also expressed expectations for more competitive pricing. In response, we discussed feasible cost-effective solutions and clarified key commercial details, including the destination port, payment procedures, and delivery schedule. Special attention was given to coordinating the production and shipment timeline to ensure delivery before the Chinese New Year.

 

The visit concluded in a positive and efficient atmosphere. This face-to-face exchange enhanced mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for further negotiations. We will continue to follow up closely and provide timely support to move the cooperation forward smoothly.
