We offer our clients a warranty period of twelve months or 2000 hours for any machine exported by us. During this period, if any material or workmanship defect occurs in spare parts under normal operation, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion. Please note that we have the right to determine whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred during normal use, or if the defect resulted from factors excluded from this warranty.

Usually, we can provide our clients with prompt delivery of standard machines within 7 days. This is possible because we have extensive resources to check our stock of machines locally and nationwide and to ensure timely delivery. However, for manufacturers or factories, producing ordered machines may take more than 30 days.

Our team consists of dedicated and proactive individuals who work around the clock to promptly address any inquiries or concerns from our clients. We aim to resolve most issues within 8 hours, while manufacturers and factories may take much longer to respond.

We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) payment terms, and occasionally the DP (Documentary Payment) term.

(1) For orders with T/T payment terms, a 30% down payment is required upfront, and the remaining 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against a copy of the original B/L (Bill of Lading) for long-term clients.

(2) For orders with L/C payment terms, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your sales manager for further guidance.

We are experienced in international trade and can handle all INCOTERMS 2010. Our standard terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.

As a supplier, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to maintain consistent prices throughout the year. However, our prices may be subject to adjustment in two specific scenarios:
1) Significant fluctuations in the exchange rate between USD and RMB due to international currency exchange rates.
2) Increases in the cost of labor and raw materials, leading to adjustments in machine prices by the manufacturers/factories.

We offer different transportation options to ship construction machinery to various destinations.

(1) For around 80% of our shipments, we use sea transportation to deliver the machines to all major continents, including Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. The machines are shipped either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.

(2) For neighboring inland countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc., we can send machines by road or railway.

(3) In case of urgent demand for light spare parts, we offer international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx to deliver the parts promptly.
